He was so sure about how it was gonna go down, and I was like, “Dude, it’s just a game.” But he kept pushing me to put some money where my mouth is.

I wrote down all the goals they scored and let in. It was like putting together a puzzle. Union seemed to be on a hot streak, scoring like crazy. DC United, on the other hand, was kinda shaky, letting in more goals than they were scoring.

The game day arrived, and I was glued to the screen. It was a nail-biter, I gotta say. Union took an early lead, just like I thought. But then DC United started fighting back. They even managed to score one. In the end, though, Union held on and won 2-1. Not exactly my prediction, but close enough!
It was a fun experience, I gotta admit. I learned a lot about soccer and how to make predictions. It’s not just about guessing, you know? It’s about doing your homework and putting the pieces together. Will I do it again? Maybe. It’s definitely more exciting than just watching the game passively.
