Okay, so today I decided to give this “KingPyn Boxing” thing a shot. I’d seen some buzz about it online, and, well, I’m always up for trying something new, especially if it involves getting a bit of a workout.
First things first, I had to figure out what it even was. Turns out, it’s some kind of influencer boxing event. I did a little digging and found that I could watch it.
Getting Started
Step one: Find where to pay and watch. It’s a pay per view situation. I choose to create an account, which was very easy.
Step two: I choose a plan, and paid, then I got instant access!
The Fights
I grabbed some snacks, got comfortable on the couch, and started watching the fights.
- Some of the fighters, I’d vaguely heard of from YouTube or TikTok.
- Others, I had absolutely no clue who they were. Didn’t really matter, though.
Honestly, some of the fights were surprisingly good! There were some real knockouts, and you could tell some of these folks had been training hard. Others… well, let’s just say they might want to stick to making videos. But hey, everyone starts somewhere, right?
It was pretty entertaining, not gonna lie. I wouldn’t say it’s the same as watching professional boxing, but it had its own kind of charm. It’s more about the personalities and the drama, I guess.
My conclusion
My overall experience to sum it up. Kingpyn Boxing is an exciting new way to watch boxing, and I think it’s awesome how they have youtuber’s and influencers participate, which allows them to gain a new audience.
