Okay, so I’ve been messing around with player props lately, and today I decided to focus on Chris Sale. Here’s how it went down.

Getting Started
First, I pulled up some recent game stats for Sale. I wanted to see how he’s been performing – strikeouts, innings pitched, the whole nine yards. You know, get a feel for his current form.
Digging into the Data
Then, I started looking at the upcoming matchup. Who’s he facing? Are they a team that strikes out a lot? What’s the ballpark like? All that stuff matters.
I spent a good chunk of time just comparing his averages to the prop lines being offered. It’s all about finding the value, right?
Making My Picks
- Strikeouts: I looked at the over/under and cross referenced it with the game and made the decison based on that.
- Innings Pitched: Consider how deep he’s been going into games recently.
The Result?
I am still going to do some more reseach but I feel like I have made some smart picks.
