Alright, so I wanted to get Bellingham on my FC 24 team, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. Here’s how I went about it:
The Initial Plan
First, I fired up the game and headed straight to the transfer market. I figured, “Hey, I’ll just search for him and buy him outright.” Simple, right? Well, not quite.
Hitting a Snag
I typed in “Bellingham” and, boom, there he was, but the price tag was insane! My budget was nowhere near what they were asking. I was like, “Okay, Plan A is a no-go.”
Scouting the Field
So, I decided to try scouting. I set up my scouts to look for young, promising midfielders in the top leagues. I figured maybe I could find a “baby Bellingham” that I could train up. It was a long shot, but worth a try.
- I sent my best scout to Spain, thinking maybe there’s another gem over there.
- I had another scout looking in Germany, just in case.
- And kept one looking at wonderkids.
Waiting Game
This part was brutal. I simulated through a few weeks, checking my scouting reports every chance I got. Lots of “promising” players, but no one that really screamed “Bellingham potential.” It was frustrating, to say the least.
Back to the Market
After a while, I went back to the transfer market. I thought, “Maybe his price has dropped a bit.” Nope! Still super expensive. But, I noticed something. Some teams had him listed for loan!
Loan Ranger
This was my chance! I immediately put in a loan offer, with an option to buy at the end of the season. I figured, “This way, I can try him out, and if he’s amazing, I’ll find a way to buy him later.”
Fingers Crossed
I submitted the offer and waited. It felt like forever! Finally, I got a notification: “Loan Offer Accepted!” Yes! He was joining my team!
The Result
So, I don’t have him permanently yet, but having Bellingham on loan is awesome! He’s been killing it in my midfield. Now, I just need to figure out how to save up enough to buy him for good. It is going to take a while!
