Alright, so I’ve been grinding away at Monopoly Go, like usual, and I saw this St. Paddy’s Party event pop up. I figured, “Hey, why not? Let’s see what this is all about.”
I jumped in, and at first, I was kinda lost. It’s one of those things where you gotta collect items, right? You roll the dice, move around the board, and hope you land on the right spots to pick up these… well, I guess they’re supposed to be shamrocks or something? Green clovers, anyway.
My first few rolls were pretty rough. I kept landing on the Chance and Community Chest spaces, which, you know, sometimes help, sometimes totally screw you over. I wasn’t getting any of those clovers.
Getting into the Groove
Then, I started to figure out a few things. I noticed that certain spaces seemed to drop the event items more often. The Railroads, especially, seemed pretty good. So, I started aiming for those as much as possible. Upping my dice multiplier when I was close to a Railroad helped a bunch, too. It’s a gamble, yeah, but it paid off a few times.
I also realized that, like most of these events, it’s all about patience. You’re not gonna get everything in a few rolls. You gotta keep at it, keep collecting those dice, and keep spinning. I played it on and off for the day. Just use all the rolls, and pray to win some more.
- Railroads are Key: I’m pretty sure landing on Railroads gives you a higher chance of getting those clovers.
- Multiplier Strategy: When I was like 6-8 spaces away from a Railroad, I’d crank up the multiplier. Risky, but it worked!
- Patience is a Virtue: Seriously, just keep rolling. You won’t win everything immediately.
Chasing Rewards
The rewards for this event? Pretty standard, I guess. Dice, cash, some of those sticker packs. Nothing super exciting, to be honest, but hey, free stuff is free stuff, right?
I Did keep at it all day and end up getting a good chunk of the rewards. Still got a ways to go, but I’m feeling pretty good about my progress. I’m not sure if I’ll get everything, but I’ll definitely grab a good amount of dice and cash, which is always helpful.
So, that’s my experience with the St. Paddy’s Party event in Monopoly Go so far. Pretty standard, but hey, a fun way to kill some time and grab some freebies. Just gotta keep on rollin’!
