Okay, so I’ve been following WWE NXT for a while now, and man, these recent cuts have been brutal. I wanted to share my experience tracking them and trying to figure out what’s going on.

It all started with rumors. I started seeing whispers online, on forums and wrestling news sites, about potential releases. You know how it is, lots of speculation, but nothing concrete. Still, it got me worried.
Then, the first wave hit. I remember sitting there, refreshing Twitter, and BOOM. Several names I recognized were suddenly gone. It felt like a punch to the gut.
- I went straight to the WWE website, checking the roster page, hoping it was all a mistake.
- Nope. Their profiles were gone. Vanished.
- Then I read through the official statement and find out all my favorite wrestlers have already gone.
I spent the next few days glued to my phone, following wrestling journalists and insiders, trying to understand the reasoning. Was it budget cuts? Creative differences? Performance issues? Nobody seemed to have a clear answer.
More cuts followed. Each time, it was the same gut-wrenching feeling. I started recognizing the pattern: a few days of rumors, then the official announcement, then the scramble to figure out what happened.
The Aftermath
Honestly, it’s been tough. I’ve invested time and emotion into following these wrestlers, seeing them develop in NXT, and then poof, they’re gone. I really feel bad about what happened.
I wanted to share a pratical record for myself and the wrestlers I liked, and hopfully things could get better in the future.
