Okay, so today I was trying to figure out who to start in my fantasy league – C.J. Stroud or Daniel Jones. It’s a tough one, right? Both have their ups and downs. I started by just looking at their recent stats.

First, I pulled up Stroud’s game logs. I wanted to see how consistent he’s been. I noticed he’s had some really great games, but also a few duds. That’s kind of what I expected, being a rookie and all.
Digging into Daniel Jones
Then, I switched over to Daniel Jones. I did the same thing – checked his game logs. He’s been a bit all over the place too. Some games he looks like a superstar, and others… well, not so much.
- I compared their average fantasy points over the last few weeks.
- I looked at their upcoming matchups. Who are they playing this week? Are those defenses tough against quarterbacks?
Honestly, after looking at all that, I still wasn’t 100% sure. So, I checked out some expert rankings online. You know, those fantasy football gurus who supposedly know everything. Even they were split! Some had Stroud higher, others favored Jones.
Making the (Tough) Decision
Finally, I just went with my gut. Based on the matchups and how they’ve been trending recently, I decided to… drumroll please… start C.J. Stroud! I think he’s got a slightly higher ceiling this week, even though he’s the riskier pick.
It could totally backfire, and Jones could go off. That’s fantasy football for you! But I’ve made my choice, and I’m sticking with it. Wish me luck!
