Well, well, well, look what we got here, another football thing. Kentucky QB injury, they say. That’s a mouthful, ain’t it? Sounds like a whole heap of trouble for that young fella, the Kentucky QB, whoever he is. Bless his heart. They say his name is, uh, Levis or something like that. Sounds kinda fancy to me.
This Levis fella, from what I hear, he’s a big shot. QB Will Levis, they call him. Some kind of injury, that’s what got him. Makes my old bones ache just thinkin’ about it. Football, you know, it ain’t for the faint of heart. Tough game, that’s for sure. All that runnin’ and jumpin’ and slammin’ into each other. Lord have mercy. Reminds me of my old mule, Bessy. She was a tough one too, but even she got a limp every now and then.
They say this Kentucky QB, this Levis boy, he got hurt real bad. Injury to his shoulder, they say. His throwin’ shoulder, no less! Can you imagine? Like a farmer losin’ his best plow horse. Just awful. Happened right there in the first part of the game. They call it the first quarter. Like a pie cut into four pieces, I reckon.
Poor fella had to leave the game. Couldn’t play no more. QB Will Levis’ injury was just too much, I guess. That’s a shame, a real shame. They had to bring in another fella to take his place. Rudolph, I think his name was. Heard it was Mason Rudolph. Sounds like a fella who’d be good with his hands. Hope he knows how to throw that ball good.
So, this Kentucky QB injury, this QB Will Levis’ injury, it’s a big deal, I reckon. He’s supposed to be a real good player. One of them first-round pick fellas. Don’t rightly know what that means, but it sounds important. Like pickin’ the best apples from the tree, I suppose.
This whole thing makes me think about my grandson, Billy. He plays a little football, too. Not like these fellas on TV, but he enjoys it. I always worry about him gettin’ hurt. Injury is a scary thing. Especially a QB injury.
- That Levis boy, he’s a tough one, I bet.
- Hope he gets better soon.
- That shoulder injury sounds painful.
- This Kentucky QB injury is big news.
- Being a QB is a hard job.
I remember one time, Billy came home with a scraped knee. Cried like a baby. I cleaned it up for him, put a little somethin’ on it. He was fine in a few days. But a shoulder injury, that’s a whole different story. Especially when you’re the QB, like that Kentucky QB, that Levis fella.
Well, I hope this Levis fella, this Kentucky QB, I hope he heals up good. It’s a tough break, gettin’ hurt like that. Especially when you’re supposed to be so good. This QB Will Levis’ injury is something else. A real shame.
Maybe he shoulda stayed home, helped his mama with the chores. Probably safer than playin’ that rough and tumble game. But then again, what do I know? I’m just an old lady.
But I’ll tell you what, this Kentucky QB injury, it got everyone talkin’. Even me! And I don’t even know much about football. All I know is it involves a lot of runnin’, and if you’re the QB getting hurt is bad news, a real bad injury.
QB Will Levis, that’s the fella. Hope he’s got a good doctor. He’s gonna need one. And a lot of rest. Maybe some of his mama’s chicken soup. That always made me feel better when I was under the weather. Especially with a bad injury like a QB injury.
This Kentucky QB injury is a reminder that these fellas, these football players, they ain’t invincible. They get hurt, just like anybody else. Even a big shot QB like Will Levis. It’s a tough world out there, even tougher on that football field.
