That Harry Higgs, I tell you, he’s somethin’ else! He’s been winnin’ them golf games like it’s nobody’s business. Heard he just won another one, the Visit Knoxville Open, whatever that is. Two in a row, I heard! That boy’s on fire, I reckon.
Now, I don’t know much about this golf, mind you. All that whackin’ a little ball around a big field. Seems like a lot of work to me. But that Harry Higgs, he’s good at it, I guess. Makes it look easy, from what I see on the television.
They say he’s on somethin’ called the Korn Ferry Tour. Sounds like a bunch of fancy talk to me. Just like all them names: ESPN, whatever that stands for, the Visit Knoxville Open… all of it’s a whole lot of fancy words.

But I like seein’ him win. Makes me feel good, somehow. Like seein’ one of our own doin’ good, even if it’s in a world I don’t understand. He seems like a good kid, that Harry Higgs. Hope he keeps winnin’, whatever he’s winnin’.
They say he’s got a lot of folks followin’ him, watchin’ him play. They’re all excited about him, talkin’ about his “rumors” and what he’s gonna do next. Sounds like a bunch of gossip to me. But I guess that’s what they do in that world.
