Okay, so, I’ve been diving deep into Armored Core 6 lately. Awesome game, by the way. The big question on everyone’s mind seems to be: can you play with your buddies across different platforms? I mean, I’m on PC, my best friend’s rocking a PS5, and we were really hoping to team up and wreak some havoc together.
So, I did what any sane person would do – I went on a quest for answers. First thing I did, I hopped into the game itself. Poked around the menus, checked out all the multiplayer options. I found that it does have a multiplayer mode, it’s a bit hidden, but it’s there.
Then, I started digging online. Checked out forums, read some articles, you know, the usual. And sadly, I found out that, nope, no cross-platform play for Armored Core 6. It’s a bummer, I know. It seems like a missed opportunity, right?
- I started the game and found the multiplayer mode.
- I went online and did some research on forums and articles.
- I realized that there is no cross-platform play in Armored Core 6.
It’s kind of a let-down. We were really looking forward to playing together. I mean, imagine the possibilities! PC players teaming up with console folks, all in the same match, blowing stuff up. Sounds epic, doesn’t it?
I guess it just wasn’t in the cards for this one. Maybe they’ll add it in the future, who knows? It would make a lot of people happy, that’s for sure.
So, yeah, that’s my little adventure into the world of Armored Core 6 multiplayer. I really spent a lot of time doing these things. No cross-play, unfortunately. But hey, the game’s still a blast to play, even if it’s just with people on the same system as you.
