Alright, so I wanted to snag some cool stuff from the Relic Merchant in Wuthering Waves, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. Figured I’d share my experience so you don’t stumble around as much as I did.

Finding the Dang Merchant
First off, finding this guy. He’s not just hanging out in the main city, oh no, that would be too easy. I had to do some exploring. I finally located him in Jinzhou, near the teleport waypoint. He is easy to find.
Getting the Currency
I found him and he had a bunch of awesome-looking relics, but of course, I didn’t have the right currency. You need “Wood-textured Shards”.So, my next mission was clear: get those shards.
- I started by opening every chest I could find. It was a grind, I opend TONS of chests.
- Then, I focused on tackling those “Tidal Heritages” scattered around the map. These were a bit tougher, some puzzles and fights involved, but the rewards were worth it, usually.
- I also made sure to complete daily quests to get enough.
Finally, the Relics!
Finally, with a decent stash of Wood-textured Shards, I headed back to the Relic Merchant. I checked his inventory, I picked out a few pieces that would really boost my main Resonators. It felt good to finally get my hands on some decent gear. I tested it,it was not bad.
It’s a bit of a process, finding the merchant and then farming the currency, but it’s definitely worth it for the stat upgrades you can get from those relics.
