Okay, so I’ve been hyped for College Football 25 like everyone else, and the trophy list leaked – gotta catch ’em all, right? Here’s how my weekend went trying to figure some of these out.
First, I fired up the old PS5. I mean, I’ve been playing other stuff, but this leak got me itching for some college football action. I spent a good hour just looking at the list, trying to figure out what some of these cryptic trophies even meant.
Breaking Down the List
Some of them were obvious, like, win the National Championship – duh. But others? Man, I had to get creative.
- “Road to Glory Legend“: This one, I figured, has to be about maxing out a player in the Road to Glory mode. So, I started a new career as a quarterback, thinking that’s the easiest way to rack up stats.
- “Dynasty Domination“: Okay, this screams “win a bunch of championships in a row,” so I picked Alabama. No shame in my game, gotta get those trophies! I simulated a couple of seasons, just to see if it would pop, but no luck. Looks like I gotta actually play the games.
- “Heisman Hopeful“: Alright, win the Heisman. Easier said than done. My quarterback is doing okay, but I think I need to tweak the sliders a bit to make him a superstar.
- “Conference King“. I choose a small team to join a relative big conference. I think,this means that I have to win the conference champion.
The Grind is Real
I played for hours. Seriously, my thumbs hurt. I won some games, I lost some games (stupid interceptions!). I tried different playbooks, different formations, everything I could think of to boost my players’ stats.
I even went online to some forums to see if anyone else had cracked the code on some of these trophies. Lots of speculation, some helpful tips, and a whole lot of people just as confused as I was.
Still Working On It
So, after a full weekend, I haven’t unlocked all the trophies, not even close. But, I’ve got a better idea of what I need to do. It’s going to take time, dedication, and probably a lot more caffeine.
But hey, that’s part of the fun, right? The chase, the grind, the satisfaction of finally hearing that ding when a trophy unlocks. I’m in it for the long haul, and I’ll keep you guys updated on my progress. Wish me luck!
