Today, I spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out this C-Stacks thing in Payday 3. I read somewhere online that this guy named Setaggi is the one you go to if you want to buy C-Stacks. I thought, “Okay, let’s find this Setaggi dude.”
So, I started the game and looked around for dealers. After some searching, I finally found Setaggi. Turns out, he’s the broker for C-Stacks. Who would’ve thought?
Getting C-Stacks
-
Now, there are a couple of ways to get these C-Stacks. The most straightforward way is to complete challenges. You know, those tasks the game throws at you. Each one you finish gives you some C-Stacks.

But here’s the catch: you can also exchange the money you earn from heists for C-Stacks. Sounds easy, right? Well, not quite. Every time you do this, the cost goes up. It’s like they’re trying to make it harder for us. Thankfully, this cost resets every week. So, you can only exchange so much before it gets too expensive.
Using C-Stacks
Once I got my hands on some C-Stacks, I wanted to see what I could buy with them. I went to the vendors and checked out their stuff. Most items you buy with the cash you get from heists, but there are some special items that require C-Stacks. I didn’t have enough for anything fancy, but at least I know how it works now. It’s a bit of a grind, but hey, that’s Payday for you. It’s all about the hustle, I guess.
Anyway, that’s my experience with C-Stacks in Payday 3. Hope this helps some of you out there who are also trying to make sense of it all.
