Okay, so, I’ve been playing this game, Wuthering Waves, you know, the one everyone’s been talking about? Well, I finally decided to dive deep into this Tidal Heritage thing. I heard about it a bunch, but never really got around to it until now.
First off, I just started exploring. I figured the best way to find these Tidal Heritage spots was to just wander around the Huanglong region. I mean, that’s where all the action is in version 1.0, right? So, I just picked a direction and started walking. It was pretty chill, just taking in the sights, you know?
I stumbled upon this Rearguard Base area, and boom, there was this quest marker for something called “Restart the Radar.” I was like, “Alright, let’s see what this is about.” Turns out, this quest was the key to unlocking the Perspective Bender Domain, which is apparently important for finding the Tidal Heritage stuff. I went through the quest, it wasn’t too hard, just some running around and talking to people, the usual.
After I finished that, I found this other thing called “Traces of Tides.” I clicked on the “Scale of Past” tab, and it gave me some clues about where to find the Tidal Heritage. It felt like a treasure hunt, which was pretty cool. It wasn’t super clear, but it gave me a general idea of where to look.
So, armed with these clues, I started exploring more systematically. I used the interactive map that I found online, and man, that thing is a lifesaver. It shows you where everything is – sonance caskets, treasure chests, and of course, the Tidal Heritage. I marked down a few locations on my map and started heading towards them.
- First Stop: I found my first Tidal Heritage near a cliff. It was hidden behind some bushes, pretty sneaky. I interacted with it, and it gave me some resources and a bit of lore. Not bad for a first find.
- Second Stop: This one was underwater, near a sunken ship. I had to swim around for a bit, but I eventually found it. It was a bit more challenging to get to, but the reward was worth it.
- Third Stop: This one was on top of a mountain. The climb was a pain, but the view from the top was amazing. And, of course, I found another Tidal Heritage there.
I kept exploring, following the clues and using the map. I found a bunch more Tidal Heritage, each one in a different location. Some were easy to find, others were hidden really well. It took me a while, but I managed to find most of them. I think I’ve explored about 60-70% of the area, so there are probably still a few left to discover, but I’ll find them another day.
Along the way, I also found these Wood-textured Shards. I’m not entirely sure what they’re for yet, but I’ve been collecting them just in case. I heard they can be used for something cool, so I’m hoarding them for now. Who knows, maybe they’ll be super valuable later on.
Overall
It was a fun adventure, exploring the world and finding all these hidden things. It felt like being a real treasure hunter, which is always a good time. I’m definitely going to keep exploring and try to find all the remaining Tidal Heritage. And who knows what other secrets I’ll uncover along the way? This game is full of surprises, and I’m excited to see what else it has in store. I think the developer Kuro Games really nailed it with this one.
