Okay, so the other day I was messing around with some code, and I had this kinda weird question pop into my head: “does speed have a child?” It sounds kinda dumb, I know, but I was working with animation stuff, and you know, speed is a big deal there. So, I decided to dig in.
The Start of My Little Experiment
First, I fired up my trusty code editor. I wasn’t really sure where to start, so I just created a simple HTML file. Nothing fancy, just the basic structure.
Then I added a basic element that I want to check.
Digging Deeper
I started thinking, “Okay, speed itself isn’t an element, it has not child.” Speed is like a property, a characteristic of how things * has not child and I can’t get any element from it.
I played around with some * to see the result. Nope, still has not child.
The “Aha!” Moment (Sort Of)
So, I realized I was thinking about this all *, by itself is’t a child. It’s just speed.
Wrapping It Up
In the end, my little experiment didn’t exactly reveal some hidden secret of the coding universe. But it did help me understand the basic concepts and the relationship between them.
It’s a good reminder that sometimes, even the silly questions can lead to a better understanding of how things work. Plus, it was a fun way to spend an hour or so, just poking around and seeing what happens. Maybe next time I’ll tackle something even weirder!
