Alright, so I jumped into Monopoly Go the other day and saw this new event pop up, the Spooky Soiree. Looked like another one of those collect-stuff-on-the-board events, figured I’d give it a whirl and see what goodies were up for grabs.

First thing I did was just start playing like usual, rolling the dice, moving around the board. You know how it goes. This time, scattered around the board were these little event items, let’s call them spooky tokens or something, you had to land on them to collect points for the event.
Getting Started and Checking Rewards
So, I started my rolls. My main goal, initially, was just to grab enough points to get some extra dice, always need more dice, right? I tapped on the event banner at the top to see the reward track. It looked pretty standard:
- Lots of dice rolls at various milestones.
- Cash bundles, which are always handy for upgrades.
- Sticker packs – hoping for some new ones there.
- Some special items later on, looked like maybe a themed shield or player token.
The Grind for Points
It was the usual process. I tried using a multiplier when I felt I was close to landing on the event pickups. Sometimes it worked great, got a bunch of points in one go. Other times, I completely missed and just wasted dice. That’s the gamble!
I focused on landing on the Railroads too, because the Shutdowns and Bank Heists give you event points during these things, which helps speed things up a bit. I managed to get through the first few reward tiers pretty quickly. Got some dice back, a bit of cash, nothing major but it kept me going.
Hitting Milestones and Getting Loot
As I collected more points, the rewards got better. I remember hitting one milestone that gave a decent chunk of dice, maybe 150 or something? That helped push further. Then came a blue sticker pack, pulled a couple I needed, which was nice. Later on, there was a pink vault equivalent in points value somewhere in the middle, always aiming for those for the guaranteed new sticker.
I kept playing over a day or two, whenever I had dice regenerated or got some from other activities in the game. The higher reward tiers needed a LOT of points. I saw there was a special Halloween-themed player token, like a little ghost or something, quite far down the track. That became my new target.
Wrapping Up My Run
Honestly, I didn’t manage to finish the entire event track. Those final rewards always require a crazy amount of points, and sometimes it just doesn’t feel worth burning through thousands of dice unless you’re super lucky or spend money.
But, I did manage to get pretty far! I successfully grabbed:

- Several hundred dice rolls in total.
- A good amount of in-game cash.
- Multiple sticker packs, including a pink/galaxy one.
- I think I managed to get that themed shield skin I saw earlier on. Didn’t quite make it to the final token reward though.
Overall, it felt like a decent haul for the time I put in. These events are mostly about resource management – balancing your dice spending with the potential rewards. The Spooky Soiree was pretty typical in that sense. Got some useful stuff, progressed my album a bit, and killed some time. That’s the Monopoly Go loop!
