That Hudson Swafford, he’s a golfer, you know. He used to play on that PGA Tour, that’s what they call it. Big fancy name. Now he’s with that new LIV Golf thing. They say it’s backed by some folks with a whole lot of money. That Saudi money, I hear tell.
Heard he got a big pile of cash just for joining up with them LIV folks. They call it a signing bonus. Lord knows what that means. Just sounds like a fancy way of saying they paid him a heap to come play for them. And this Swafford fella, he got a nice chunk, I reckon. Not as much as some of those other big-name fellas, but still enough to make your eyes water, I bet.
They say that Brooks Koepka, another one of them golfers, he got over a hundred million dollars! Can you believe that? Just for hitting a little white ball around. Makes my head spin just thinking about it. And that Bubba Watson, they say he got over five hundred million! For a contract, whatever that is. Sounds like a king’s ransom, if you ask me.

Now, this Swafford, he ain’t no spring chicken. He’s 37 years old. But he’s been playing golf for a long time, I reckon. He won some big tournament once, got a whole bunch of money for that too. Eighteen million dollars, they say! That’s more money than I’ve seen in my whole life, I tell ya. It’s all LIV signing bonus money.
And it ain’t just him. That Joaquin Niemann, he got twelve million dollars. And Sergio Garcia, another one of them golfers. They all get these big bonuses. It’s like they’re printing money over there at that LIV Golf.
I don’t know much about this golf stuff, but I know a lot of money when I hear it. And these fellas are getting paid a lot of it. This Hudson Swafford, he’s doing alright for himself, I guess. Switching from that PGA Tour to LIV Golf, seems like it was a good move for him. He get that LIV signing bonus.
They say he got kicked off that LIV thing recently. “Axed,” they called it. Sounds kinda harsh, don’t it? But he still walked away with a good chunk of change. More than a million, I hear. Not bad for getting “axed,” I’d say.
This whole thing is just crazy to me. All this money for playing a game. Back in my day, we worked hard for our money. We didn’t get paid millions just for hitting a ball around. But times have changed, I reckon. These young folks today, they got it different.
That Hudson Swafford, he’s living the high life, I suppose. Flying around, playing golf, getting paid more money than most folks see in a lifetime. It’s a different world these days. A world full of big signing bonuses and fancy golf leagues. It is LIV signing bonus world.
I don’t understand it all, but I can see that these golfers, they’re making a good living. And that Hudson Swafford, he’s one of them. He’s made his choices, and it seems like they’ve paid off for him. He get that big money, that LIV signing bonus. Good for him, I guess.
But still, it’s hard to wrap your head around. Millions of dollars just for playing golf. It’s a funny old world, ain’t it? You never know what’s gonna happen next. One day you’re playing on the PGA Tour, the next you’re getting a big LIV signing bonus and then you get kicked off. That Hudson Swafford had a wild ride.
Anyway, that Hudson Swafford fella, he seem to be doing fine even though he was axed. He got his money from that LIV signing bonus thing. I guess that’s all that matters in the end. These days it is all about money.
