So, I’ve been diving deep into UFC 4 lately, really trying to get good at those takedowns and submissions. And naturally, the question of crossplay came up. Could I finally school my buddy who’s on PlayStation while I’m on Xbox? I had to find out.
I started digging around, hitting up the usual forums and gaming sites. I spent an hour or so really looking for any hints of cross-platform goodness.
My hopes started to dwindle.
After searching, I found that, bummer, UFC 4 doesn’t actually support crossplay. At all.
It’s a real shame, because I really want to have a try with different console players.
I mean, it’s 2024, right? It felt like a feature that should just be there. But, sadly, no dice.
So, for now, I was stuck battling it out with other Xbox players. I guess my dreams to fight with my friend will be put into next series.
