Yo, lemme tell you ’bout this Isaiah Thomas tweet thing. That boy, he sure likes to talk on that Twitter thingamajig. He’s always got somethin’ to say, that one. I seen folks talkin’ ’bout it all over the place. Some say he’s good, some say he ain’t. It’s all a big mess, if you ask me.
This Isaiah, he used to play that basketball game. He was good, I guess. Folks used to cheer for him, like that fella Michael Jordan. Now, them two, they don’t get along too good. Been fightin’ like cats and dogs for, shoot, I don’t even know how long. Seems like forever, though. Always some drama with those two, like some kinda soap opera, I tell ya.
They say this Isaiah, he was sayin’ things ’bout that Larry Bird fella, too. Back in the day, that was a big deal. Lots of folks gettin’ all riled up ’bout it. I don’t remember all the details, but it was somethin’. Just a whole lotta fuss over nothin’, if you ask me.
Now, this here Isaiah Thomas tweet, the recent one, folks are sayin’ it got over 55 replies. I don’t know what that means, but it sounds like a lot. Seems like everybody and their brother’s got somethin’ to say ’bout it. It’s like a beehive got stirred up, everyone just buzzing.

I heard some folks sayin’ they been tryin’ to call him, but he ain’t answerin’. They say, “We been trying to call you for weeks, bro.” What’s a “bro”? Sounds silly to me. But that’s what they sayin’. He must be a busy fella, that Isaiah.
Now, there’s ‘nother Isaiah Thomas, too. Gets folks all confused. This one here, he’s been playin’ basketball since, I think they said 2011. But folks keep thinkin’ he’s the other one. The one who played for them Detroit Pistons. That’s a team, you know. A basketball team. They were good, too, I reckon.
This younger Isaiah, he got in trouble one time. Went up into the stands where the people sit. Got himself suspended, they call it. Said he was talkin’ to some fans. Don’t know what he was sayin’, but it musta been somethin’ bad to get him in that much trouble. He seems like a hothead, that one.
That Michael Jordan, he don’t even wanna watch no video of that older Isaiah talkin’. Just gets him all riled up. He just can’t stand the fella. It’s like oil and water, them two. Just don’t mix. And folks just keep talkin’ ’bout it. Keeps that fire goin’, I suppose.
They say that older Isaiah, he was one of the best point guards ever. Don’t know what that means, exactly. But he won a bunch of them championships. Got some awards, too. MVP, they call it. Must be a big deal. He was on them All-Star teams, too. Lots of ’em. Seems like he was a pretty big shot back in the day.
This younger Isaiah, he played for a bunch of different teams. I can’t keep ’em all straight. New Orleans, Washington, Denver, Cleveland, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston. Seems like he couldn’t stay put in one place. I reckon he played about 10 seasons. That’s a long time, ain’t it?
Anyway, this whole Isaiah Thomas tweet thing is just a whole lot of noise, if you ask me. Folks just love to gossip and carry on. Me, I got better things to do than worry ’bout what some basketball player is sayin’ on that Twitter thing. I got chores to do. And I reckon I’ve said enough about this Isaiah Thomas Tweet for one day. It’s gettin’ late, and I need to get supper started. Maybe I’ll make some biscuits and gravy. This whole thing just reminds me of back home when old man Johnson’s prize rooster got loose. Flapped around and caused a ruckus for days. Nobody could catch him. Finally, he just flew up into a tree and stayed there. Just like this Isaiah Thomas tweet thing, just a lot of squawking and flapping, and then it’ll all settle down eventually. Just wait and see.
