Okay, so I’ve been digging into the LA Tech soccer team lately, and I wanted to share my notes and what I found out about their roster. It’s a bit of a mess, but hey, that’s what makes it interesting, right?
First off, I started looking at the 2023 roster. You know, just trying to get a feel for who’s who on the team. The website said the 2023 roster is set and ready to go. I found out that there are some fresh faces – seven new freshmen to be exact. I noticed a few names that caught my eye: Abby Hanton, who’s listed as a forward/wing, Alexe Drolet as a center back, and Ansley Ittel as a goalkeeper. Seems like they’re trying to strengthen the team in key positions.
Then I kind of got sidetracked and started looking at the 2022 roster. It was cool to see how the team has changed in just a year. Lots of different positions listed, from goalkeepers to forwards, it gave me a good idea of the team’s depth and all that.
- 2023 Season
- Noted seven new freshmen.
- Focused on Abby Hanton (forward/wing), Alexe Drolet (center back), and Ansley Ittel (goalkeeper).
- 2022 Season
- Observed changes in the team composition from 2022 to 2023.
But then I thought, “What about the future?” So, I started checking out the 2024 roster. I checked the full details on appearances and minutes played, It’s a bit early to know for sure, but it’s fun to guess who’s going to be a key player and all that stuff, but it looks like they’re already planning.
What I Did Next
I also found this thing called the “2024 Louisiana Tech soccer record book.” It’s put out by the LA Tech Strategic Communications Office, so you know it’s legit. It’s full of information, I used it to double-check all the names and positions, which was super helpful.
So yeah, that’s pretty much what I’ve been up to. It’s not exactly rocket science, but it’s been fun getting to know the LA Tech soccer team a bit better. Who knows, maybe I’ll even catch a game sometime!
