Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Mama Ruth’s Menu” thing pop up all over the place, and I finally decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, it’s been a journey.
First, I tried to figure out what this whole thing was about. Turns out, it’s not just some regular diet plan. It’s like, a whole program that’s supposed to help you lose weight and feel good, especially if you’re a mom. No need to measure out all your food, which is a huge plus for me. So I thought, “Alright, let’s do this!”
I started by looking up some of these “2B Mindset” recipes that people keep talking about. These recipes fit into the “veggies most” idea. Then, I tried to make some of these recipes. I messed up a few times, but I’m getting the hang of it.
Next, I hit up a store to find some outfits. I needed some new clothes for this, right? So, I got a few dresses and jumpsuits, thinking about the whole “Mother of the Bride” style. The shop had some nice deals, so that was cool.
Then came the part where I had to actually use some of these tech-related stuff like “Integration Services” and “Master Data Services” – I read about them on some flashcards online. No idea what I’m doing, but I’m trying to follow along.
There were also some emotional and personal parts to this. I read about how tough relationships can be, like in cases of domestic violence. It made me think a lot about my own life and the people around me.
So, where am I now?
- Trying: I’m still trying to figure out these recipes and this whole “Mama Ruth’s Menu” thing.
- Learning: I’m learning about new tech stuff, even though it’s confusing.
- Reflecting: I’m thinking more about my relationships and my health, thanks to some stuff I read.
- Shopping: I got some new outfits, and I’m feeling pretty good about them.
It’s a lot to take in, but I’m doing it. I’m making these recipes, trying to understand the tech stuff, and thinking about my life. It’s a whole process, but I’m sticking with it. Wish me luck!
