Okay, so I’ve been following Pro Wrestling NOAH for a good while now. You know how it is, you get into the wrestlers, the storylines, and eventually, you think, “Man, I wouldn’t mind having a shirt or something.” So, that’s what got me started on trying to find their official shop.

First thing I did was just punch “Pro Wrestling NOAH shop” into my search engine. Pretty straightforward, right? Found what looked like the official spot pretty quick. Navigating the site, well, it was mostly in Japanese. My Japanese is pretty much non-existent, maybe a few words here and there. Luckily, my browser has that translate feature, which helped a ton, though sometimes the translations were a bit funky, you know? Made for some funny descriptions sometimes.
So, I started browsing. Man, they had a lot of stuff! Shirts, towels, keychains, those cool acrylic stands. I was specifically hunting for a Go Shiozaki shirt, he’s one of my favorites. Found a couple designs.
- Looked through the different wrestler sections.
- Checked out the general NOAH logo gear too.
- Spent a fair bit of time just clicking around, seeing what was available.
Getting Something Bought
Okay, found a shirt I really liked. Added it to my cart. Now, the tricky part sometimes with Japanese sites is figuring out international shipping. I poked around the shipping info pages, again using the browser translate. It seemed like they used a proxy service or a third-party forwarder for international orders. This wasn’t directly through the NOAH shop itself, more like, you buy it, ship it to a Japanese address (the forwarder’s warehouse), and then they send it to you overseas.
I had to sign up for one of those forwarding services first. That took a bit of time, filling out forms and stuff. Once that was set up, I went back to the NOAH shop checkout. Put in the forwarder’s address as the shipping address. Payment was next. Thankfully, they took my credit card, which was a relief. Sometimes that can be a hurdle.
After placing the order, I got the confirmation email from the NOAH shop. Then, a few days later, an email saying it shipped… to the forwarding service warehouse. Then I had to log into the forwarding service site, confirm the package arrived there, declare the value (always fun), and pay them for the international shipping part. That definitely adds to the total cost, something to keep in mind.
The Wait and Arrival
Then came the waiting game. International shipping isn’t exactly instant. Tracked it like a hawk, of course. Took maybe a week and a half, two weeks? Finally, the package landed on my doorstep. Ripped it open right away.
The shirt? It felt like good quality material, print was solid. Exactly what I saw online. Fit well too, which is always a gamble when ordering from overseas. Happy with the actual product, for sure.
So yeah, that was my little adventure getting gear from the NOAH shop. It wasn’t super complicated, but definitely involved a few extra steps with the forwarding service compared to just ordering from a local shop. Worth it though, to get official stuff straight from the source, kind of. Felt good to finally have that piece of merch.
