Okay, so I saw this thing online about finding the “shortest center in the NBA” and I thought, “Hey, I can do that!” It sounded like a fun little project, and I wanted to see if I could figure it out myself. So, I started by just, you know, Googling around.
I figured I needed a list of all the current NBA players, and then their heights, and then I could just sort of… eyeball it? I don’t know, I didn’t really have a solid plan at first.
Digging Through the Data
- I found some websites that listed all the teams, So I went team by team.
- I clicked into each team’s * was a bit tedious, I won’t lie.
- Then I looked at the player list and found those who play Center, I wrote it down by hand.
Once I got the list of centers.I sort them to find the shortest center in NBA, It’s really manual work, I didn’t use those fancy database stuff.
The Final Result
After all that clicking and scrolling and writing. finally, I got my answer. The Shortest Center is there!
It was kind of a messy process, but hey, I did it! Maybe next time I’ll try to learn some actual data analysis tools, because this took way longer than it probably should have.
