Okay, so I’ve been trying to get a handle on predicting sports scores. It’s tough, man! Today, I decided to tackle the Columbus vs. Chicago match. I’m no expert, but I figured, why not give it a shot?

Getting Started
First, I pulled up some recent game results for both teams. Just wanted to see how they’ve been doing lately. Who’s hot, who’s not, you know?
I jotted down some notes about their wins and losses, and who they played against. Nothing fancy, just some quick observations.
Digging a Little Deeper
Then, I tried to find some head-to-head stats. How have Columbus and Chicago done when they’ve played each other in the past? That seemed pretty important.
- Looked for any patterns. Does one team usually dominate?
- Checked if the games are usually high-scoring or low-scoring.
- I notied any major injuries or player changes for both teams,Because that can really mess things up.
Making My (Totally Uneducated) Guess
Based on my very basic research ,I made a prediction.
It’s all just a guess, really. But I went through the process, and that’s what matters, right? I think I spend over 2 hours on looking at these stats.
The Result
Wheather I’ll be right or wrong. But it was fun to try and figure it out. Maybe I’ll get better at this with more practice! Maybe next time, I’ll try to factor in things like home-field advantage and weather. Baby steps, right?
