Yesterday, I watched Ryan Palmer’s WITB video. I was so excited, and I decided to make my own one. Let’s do this!
Preparation
First, I gathered all my golf stuff.
- Driver: I’ve got a Callaway. Pretty old but works well.
- Woods: A 3-wood and a 5-wood, also Callaway.
- Irons: My trusty set of Taylormade irons, from 4-iron to pitching wedge.
- Wedges: A 52-degree, a 56-degree, and a 60-degree. The usual stuff.
- Putter: My favorite, an Odyssey putter. I love its feel.
- Balls: Just some Titleist Pro V1s.
- Bag: My good old golf bag. It’s seen better days, but it’s still holding up.
Setting Up
Then, I started setting things up. I cleaned all my clubs, even though they weren’t that dirty. I just wanted them to look good. I laid everything out on my living room floor. It was a bit of a mess, but it was worth it. My cat was curious, sniffing around the clubs, which was pretty funny.
Filming
Next, I grabbed my phone and started filming. I talked about each club, just like Ryan did. I explained why I like each one and how I use them. It was fun to talk about my gear. I even added some jokes, like how my 3-wood is my “get out of trouble” club.
Finishing Up
After I finished filming, I watched the video. It wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty good for a first try. I thought about editing it, but then I decided to keep it raw. It felt more real that way. I shared the video with my golf buddies. They liked it, and some of them even said they want to make their own WITB videos. That’s pretty cool, right?
So, that was my little adventure of making a WITB video. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon, and I got to show off my gear. Maybe I’ll do it again sometime.
