So, I was digging around today, trying to find out more about Shakur Stevenson, the boxer. You know, sometimes you just get curious about these famous athletes and want to know their backstories. I got really interested about Shakur Stevenson’s dad. It was a little tough, But I kept on at it.
I started by just doing a general search. You know, just typed “Shakur Stevenson father” into the search bar. I got a bunch of articles about Shakur, his boxing career, his wins… but not much solid about his dad specifically. It was a little frustrating, to be honest.
Then I tried to narrow down my search. I added some extra words, like “Shakur Stevenson family” and “Shakur Stevenson parents”. Still, it was mostly stuff about Shakur himself. I mean, the guy’s famous, so it makes sense, but it wasn’t what I was looking for!
I spent a good chunk of time clicking through different articles. I read about his mom, Joet Gonzalez, how his grandfather got him into boxing… Lots of interesting stuff, but still no breakthrough on the father situation. It felt like I was going in circles, you know?
Finally, I got the answer. Shahid Guyton is his step-father,but he is not the biological father!
It was a simple task today, but it took time to work.
