Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this “Battle Ram” deck in Clash Royale, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I saw some stuff online about the “TOP 5 DECKS” and thought, “Why not give it a shot?” It’s supposedly what the “BEST PLAYERS IN THE WORLD” are using, or at least that’s what they said back in January 2023. There’s this one guy, Boss, who apparently finished #1 using a “PEKKA BRIDGE SPAM” deck. Sounds intense, right?
So, I started digging around, trying to find the “best decks with Battle Ram.” I mean, that’s the whole point, isn’t it? There were a bunch of articles and stuff, all claiming to have the secret sauce for 2024. One of them even talked about the “top 5 Clash Royale decks” for this year. They all seemed to focus on the cards that worked, which is not really useful.
I jumped into the game, eager to try out these amazing decks. I picked a deck, any deck, really. First few matches, I got totally wrecked. I mean, completely demolished. Lost a bunch of trophies, the whole nine yards. It was rough, man. I started to doubt those online guides I have read.
But I’m not one to give up easily. I started tweaking things, swapping out cards, trying different combinations. I focused on making the Battle Ram my main way to win, like some of the guides suggested. And it’s not just about the Battle Ram, you know? I also read something about “Evolved Skeletons” that supposedly “UNLOCKS 100% of Royal Hogs’ POWER.” Sounds overpowered. So, I tried to work that in too.
It took a while, but I finally started to see some results. I started winning a few matches here and there. I got a better feel for how to use the Battle Ram effectively, when to deploy it, when to hold back. Learned how to support it with other troops, and how to defend against counters.
I experimented with a bunch of different cards, but in the end, the one of the most useful is the PEKKA. Also, it is important to use some spell cards. I realized that the other cards are not very important. You only need PEKKA and some spell cards. Also the Ram Rider.

My Strategy
I started to form a strategy, you know? Wait for the opponent to make the first move, then react accordingly. Use the Battle Ram to pressure one lane, then use the other cards to defend or counter-attack. You need to use the spell cards to support your troops or to destroy the opponent’s troops.
It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely getting better. I’m not at the top of the leaderboards or anything, but I’m holding my own. I even managed to climb back up to my previous trophy level and then even more! I feel I have finally mastered this deck, and now I can win almost every time!
So, yeah, that’s my Battle Ram story so far. It’s been frustrating, it’s been rewarding, and it’s definitely been a learning experience. I think now I can say that this deck is the best. Or at least, it is the best for me. If you’re struggling in Clash Royale, maybe give the Battle Ram a try. Just be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride at the beginning.
