Okay, here is my sharing about “wendy honner” today:
So today I wanted to mess around with this thing called “wendy honner”. First, I spent a good chunk of time just figuring out what it even was. Turns out, it’s all about, like, personal growth and self-improvement, which honestly, who doesn’t need a bit of that, right?
I started by reading some articles I found online. Then I watched a few videos on it. Got me thinking about my own life and where I want to be.
My First Steps
- Journaling: I grabbed a notebook and just started writing down my thoughts. No real structure, just whatever came to mind. It felt pretty good to get it all out.
- Setting Goals: I made a list of things I wanted to achieve. Some were small, like drinking more water, and some were bigger, like learning a new skill.
The Grind
This is where it got real. I tried to stick to my goals each day. Some days were easier than others. There were times I just wanted to give up, you know? But I kept pushing. I started waking up earlier, which was a struggle at first, but it gave me more time in the day.
Little Victories
- Fitness: I started going for walks every day. Didn’t do anything crazy, just a simple walk around the block. Felt good to move my body.
- Learning: I signed up for an online course about something I’ve always been interested in. It was tough to find the time, but I managed to squeeze in an hour here and there.
I’m also reading more books. My friend recommended this one book, and I’m trying to read it every day.
Keeping It Real
Look, I’m not saying I’m suddenly this perfect, super-motivated person. I still have days where I just want to chill on the couch and binge-watch TV. And that’s okay! It’s all about balance, right?
Where I’m At Now
I’m still working on it. It’s a journey, not a destination, as they say. But I can honestly say I feel a bit better, a bit more focused. I’m excited to see where this whole “wendy honner” thing takes me. I think sharing my experiences online will also be helpful for me, I found some really positive stories online, these are really inspiring. I’ll keep you guys updated on my progress. Maybe I’ll even inspire someone else to start their own journey. Who knows? It’s about getting better every day, one step at a time. Also, I found that there’re many categories of this thing, I’m now focusing on the Wealth and Tech.
