Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of talk online about Billy Horschel’s golf bag, and what he’s carrying. I figured, why not do my own little deep dive and see what I could find out? It’s always interesting to see what the pros are using, right?
So first I spent sometime on google. Just general searches, you know, “Billy Horschel WITB” (What’s in the bag), “Billy Horschel clubs,” that kind of thing. I found a couple of articles and forum posts, but nothing super concrete.
Digging Deeper
Next, I checked out some of the bigger golf equipment sites. You know, the usual suspects. I figured they’d have some up-to-date info, maybe even an interview or a video of Billy talking about his gear.
I hit a bit of a wall there. Some sites had older information, from like, last season, which isn’t really helpful. Things change, you know? Players switch clubs, try new things. It’s a constant process.
Social Media Time
Then, I thought, “Hey, why not check social media?” I headed over to Instagram and Twitter, and started searching for Billy’s official accounts, and also some of the golf equipment pages I follow. Sometimes they post sneak peeks or behind-the-scenes stuff.
I scrolled, and scrolled and then found a few photos, not a ton, but enough to piece a few things together. Some other fans were commenting, asking about specifics, so that helped a little too.
Putting It All Together
- I saw he’s still rocking Titleist. No surprise.
- I think I confirmed the irons.
- The wedges seem to be the same as last year.
- Driver, I am a little confused about that.
- I still have some doubts.
Honestly, it’s a bit of a puzzle! It takes a lot of, like, detective work to really nail down exactly what a pro golfer is using at any given moment. And even then, it might change next week!
It’s a fun little chase, though. Keeps things interesting.
