Okay, so I’ve been trying to catch the UFC 299 fights, right? And like always, I’m trying to find a way to watch it without breaking the bank. I heard about this site, Buffstreams, that supposedly has live streams of sports events, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
First things first, I went to my browser and typed in “Buffstreams”. Found a few different links, but they all seemed kinda sketchy. You know, those websites with a million pop-up ads and weird redirects? Yeah, one of those.
Anyway, I clicked on one of the links that looked the most legit, and it took me to a page with a list of different sports events. I scrolled down and, boom, there it was – UFC 299. I clicked on that, and it took me to another page with a bunch of different stream links. This is where it gets tricky.
- There were like, 10 different stream options, each with a different server number.
- I tried a couple of them, but they were either super laggy or just didn’t work at all.
- It felt like playing whack-a-mole, trying to find a stream that actually worked.
I did eventually find a stream that was kinda working. It was a bit pixelated and kept buffering every few minutes, but hey, it was better than nothing. I managed to watch most of the main card fights, but honestly, the quality was pretty rough.
I mean, I get it. It’s a free stream, so you can’t expect top-notch quality. But still, it was a bit frustrating. It’s like, you’re trying to watch these amazing athletes do their thing, and you’re stuck with a blurry, laggy stream.
It’s a Gamble
So, yeah, Buffstreams might work for some people, but in my experience, it’s a bit of a gamble. You might get lucky and find a decent stream, or you might end up wasting a bunch of time clicking on links that don’t work.
If you’re desperate to watch a fight and don’t want to pay for it, I guess Buffstreams is an option. But be prepared for some potential headaches. It’s not exactly a smooth, seamless experience. You get what you pay for.
Honestly I spent a lot of time jumping from one page to another. There are so many ads there. I felt like I was lost in a maze.
I also tried to use my Fire TV Stick to watch on my TV, thinking it might be better. But man, navigating those websites on a TV is a pain. It’s much easier with a mouse and keyboard.
All in all, it was a pretty mixed experience. I did get to watch some of the fights, but it wasn’t exactly ideal. I think next time, I might just bite the bullet and pay for the official stream. At least then I know I’ll get good quality and won’t have to deal with all the hassle.
