Alright, let’s gab about them Kelce earrings, you know, the ones all the young’uns are wearin’ these days. I ain’t no fancy jewelry expert, mind you, just an old woman who sees things.

Well, from what I gather, they’re earrings, ya know, dangly things for your ears, but they got somethin’ to do with this fella named Travis Kelce. He plays football, they say, for some team called the Chiefs. Seems like a big deal, this football thing. Folks get all riled up about it. Anyways, these earrings, they got his name or his number or maybe even his picture on ’em. Some are even shaped like his jersey, can you believe it? People will wear just about anythin’ these days.
Why are folks wearin’ ’em?
Well, like I said, this Kelce fella is a big shot football player. So, folks wear these earrings to show they like him and his team. It’s like wearin’ a team’s colors, only fancier, I guess. And wouldn’t ya know it, seems like he’s got himself mixed up with that young singer, Taylor somethin’ or other. Now folks are wearin’ earrings with both their names! Land sakes, young people these days!
- Showin’ Team Spirit: Like I said, it’s all about supportin’ the Chiefs and this Kelce fella. It’s like wearin’ a big ol’ foam finger, but on your ears.
- They Look Pretty, I Guess: Some of these earrings, they ain’t half bad lookin’. Shiny and sparkly, ya know. Young girls, they like that kinda stuff.
- Copyin’ that Taylor gal: Seems like whatever that Taylor Swift wears, everybody wants to wear. If she’s wearing Kelce earrings, then everyone and their sister wants a pair too.

Now, that’s a good question. I ain’t seen ’em at the general store, that’s for sure. But I hear tell you can get ’em online, on somethin’ called the “internet.” Fancy stuff. Or maybe at them big city stores, the ones with all the bright lights and loud music. They probably got a whole mess of ’em there. I also heard some folks are makin’ ’em themselves, which is pretty clever if you ask me. They use all sorts of things, glitter and such, to make ’em special. And if you can’t find the exact one you want, you can just ask someone to make it for ya. They’ll put any face on them earrings, they say. Even yours, if you want!
Are they worth the fuss?
Well, that depends on who you ask. If you’re a big fan of this Kelce fella and his football team, then I reckon they’re worth it. It’s a way to show your support, ya know? And if you like shiny things, then that’s another reason. But if you’re like me, an old woman who don’t know much about football or fancy earrings, then maybe not so much. But hey, to each their own, I always say. If it makes ya happy, then go for it. Life’s too short to worry about what other folks think. You wanna wear them Kelce earrings? You go right ahead. Just don’t ask me to wear ’em, my ears are too old for that kind of shenanigans.

I heard tell some of these sparkly things go for hundreds, even thousands of dollars! Can you imagine? Spendin’ that much money on somethin’ to hang on your ears. Why, back in my day, a nickel would get you a whole candy bar. But then again, there are cheaper ones too. Guess it all depends on how fancy you wanna get. Some are just simple little things, and those are probably cheaper. But the ones with all the glitter and the custom designs, those are gonna cost you a pretty penny. And if you want somethin’ really special, like with your own picture on it, well, you better be prepared to open up your wallet.
