Okay, so, I’ve been meaning to share this for a while now. I’m a huge wrestling fan, especially WWE, and Smackdown is my jam. Every week, I try to predict what’s gonna happen. It’s like a fun little game I play with myself, you know?
So, I started by checking out what the buzz was online. I saw that this week’s Smackdown was gonna be live from the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina. Good to know, I thought. Then I remembered that awesome show back in October 2021 when Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks went all out. That was a wild one! They called it the “New Era” of Smackdown. I guess every week feels like a new era, huh?
Anyway, I dug a little deeper and found out that this time, it’s supposed to be at the XL Center. Whatever, different places, same chaos!
- First, I grabbed my notebook and pen. Yeah, I’m old school like that.
- Then I started jotting down the names of the wrestlers I thought would be featured. Of course, The Bloodline, led by Solo Sikoa, had to be on the list. Those guys are always causing trouble.
- Next, I tried to remember any storylines or feuds that were brewing. Who’s fighting who? Who’s got beef? It’s all part of the fun, right?
- I made some bold predictions. Like, maybe there would be a surprise return, or a new championship match announced. You gotta think outside the box!
The Waiting Game
Then came the hardest part: waiting for the show to air. I kept checking the clock, refreshing pages online. I was that hyped. Finally, it was showtime! I had my snacks ready, my notebook in hand, and I was glued to the screen.
As the show unfolded, I marked down each prediction I got right and wrong. Some were spot on, others… not so much. But hey, that’s part of the game.
In the end, it was another awesome episode of Smackdown. Did I predict everything correctly? Nope. Did I have a blast anyway? Heck yeah! It’s not always about being right, it’s about enjoying the ride, the drama, the athleticism. And let me tell you, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of seeing your favorite wrestlers battle it out in the ring. So even though WWE doesn’t really have any more big events for the rest of this year, I still keep guessing the weekly show.
So yeah, that’s how I spend my Friday nights. Predicting Smackdown, living and breathing the world of WWE. It’s my little escape, my guilty pleasure. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Until next week, folks!
